1. General Terms & Definitions


Thank you for your interest in attending the David Tours Crab Feast in Baltimore, Maryland. Before purchasing tickets, we strongly recommend that you carefully review the following Terms & Conditions.


In this document, the terms “holder,” “bearer,” and “purchaser” refer to the individual purchasing or possessing tickets to the Crab Feast. The terms “our,” “us,” “we,” “issuer,” “provider,” and similar expressions refer to the event organizer, David Tours & Travel.


By purchasing, allocating, or possessing tickets to the Crab Feast, you automatically agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any portion of these terms or the risk allocations described herein, please do not purchase tickets or attempt to enter the event premises.


David Tours & Travel reserves the right to modify, amend, add, or remove portions of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on www.davidtours.net

 and will apply to all ticket holders.


2. Ticket Responsibility & Authorized Sales


Once tickets are delivered, the bearer assumes full responsibility for them. David Tours & Travel is not responsible for tickets that are lost, stolen, damaged, destroyed, or rendered unusable.


Davidtours.net is the sole authorized source for purchasing Crab Feast tickets. Tickets purchased from unauthorized sources may be counterfeit or stolen and may be voided at the issuer’s discretion without refund.


Crab Feast tickets cannot be redeemed for cash, credits, or other benefits.


3. Event Delivery, Refunds & Cancellations


The event service is deemed fully delivered once the Crab Feast begins. No refunds will be issued after the start of the event.


If you are unable to attend the Crab Feast for any reason, you will not be eligible for refunds, chargebacks, or future credits.


All ticket sales are final transactions. No returns, exchanges, or cancellations are permitted.


Event Cancellation or Rescheduling


If the Crab Feast is canceled in its entirety, David Tours & Travel reserves the sole right to:


Reschedule the event,


Issue a partial or full refund, or


Issue no refund.


If cancellation occurs due to factors outside the issuer’s control (including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or production delays), David Tours & Travel may issue a refund, reschedule the event, or provide a comparable alternative. All such decisions are final.


If the event is rescheduled, tickets will remain valid and no refunds will be issued. If a refund is issued due to full cancellation, it will be limited to the face value of the ticket only. Processing, handling, and related fees are non-refundable.


4. Installment Payment Plans


If you select an installment payment option, you agree to the following:


Installments will be automatically charged on the 1st of each month for the following two (2) months, per the plan shown at checkout.


All installment payments are non-refundable, regardless of cancellation or non-attendance.


You authorize David Tours & Travel to charge the payment method provided according to the installment schedule.


If a scheduled payment fails, your order may be cancelled without refund.


A grace period of seven (7) calendar days is allowed after the final installment due date. If full payment is not received within this time, tickets will be cancelled and forfeited without refund or credit.


5. Photography, Video & Media Release


By purchasing a ticket and attending the Crab Feast, you grant David Tours & Travel the irrevocable right to photograph, record, and capture your image, likeness, voice, and appearance during the event.


You authorize the use of such media for promotional, marketing, advertising, social media, and archival purposes, in any medium now known or later developed, without compensation, notification, or approval.


This release is granted in perpetuity and applies worldwide.


6. Accessibility


David Tours & Travel is committed to providing reasonable accommodations in accordance with applicable accessibility laws. Requests must be submitted in advance of the event. On-site requests cannot be guaranteed.


7. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver


By attending the Crab Feast, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with the event, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, property damage, or loss.


David Tours & Travel shall not be liable for any such injuries or losses except where prohibited by law.


8. Entry Requirements & Data Collection


All attendees must present a valid ticket and government-issued photo ID upon entry. By presenting ID, you confirm that all information is accurate and current.


By purchasing and presenting a ticket, you consent to the collection and storage of personal information (including name, date of birth, and address) for verification and recordkeeping purposes.


9. Venue Rules & Conduct


David Tours & Travel is not responsible for personal injury, financial loss, or lost, stolen, or misplaced items at the venue.


No guns, knives, weapons, backpacks, or large bags are permitted.


A zero-tolerance policy applies to unauthorized drug use and lewd or obscene behavior. Violators will be removed immediately without refund.


10. Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution


Tickets are purchased voluntarily. Chargebacks, disputes, or payment reversals are prohibited.


In the event of a dispute, David Tours & Travel’s decision shall be final. If unresolved, an independent third-party arbiter may be used.


11. Seating Assignments


Seat assignments will be emailed prior to the event. David Tours & Travel will make best efforts to honor seating requests submitted at least four (4) weeks before the event. Requests submitted after that time cannot be accommodated.


Attendees must sit at their assigned table. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund or credit.
